La alimentación es muy personal, el equilibrio entre lo que ingieres y si te nutre o no, depende del equilibrio entre le energía del alimento y la energía de tu cuerpo. Si tu energía es fría deberás optar por alimentos energéticamente calientes, activará tus defensas y todos tus sistemas. Si tu energía es caliente debes consumir alimentos que tengas energía fría, de esta manera no das mas leña al fuego.

Si te identificas estos síntomas entonces manos a la obra, consume los alimentos sugeridos y evitas los que no debes. De esta manera, equilibrarás tus sistemas, evitarás desordenes orgánicos que a veces no entendemos, porque suceden. Prueba, es una forma natural de cuidar tu cuerpo
Síntomas de desequilibrio por exceso de FRIO
- Poca sed; incomodidad en ambientes fríos, lento, pasivo, acomodadizo, deseos de comidas y líquidos calientes y picantes, a veces en grandes cantidades.
- Ausencia de sed, saliva o mucosidad abundante en la boca y la garganta, piel y cabello grasiento, sudor viscoso y pegajoso, sensación de incomodidad ambiente húmedos, micción frecuente y escasa, indolencia, pesadez, debilidad, deseos de alimentos secos y estimulantes
- Agotamiento; Sensible, débil se cansa fácilmente, falta de motivación y perseverancia, micción frecuente y abundante, diarrea, hostilidad a la actividad intensa y prolongada, necesita descanso y tranquilidad, deseos de alimentos y bebidas estimulantes, astringentes (ácidos o que estriñan) , prefiere comer poco y a menudo.
Interpretación:
- Si hay estos síntomas, además: cabeza pesada y nublada, lengua con saburra, espesa y pegajosa. Es porque hay estancamiento de la energía y los fluidos. Desequilibrio de hígado – bazo. Debilidad del bazo. La terapéutica en la alimentación es equilibrar Hígado-bazo. Dispersar la energía y los fluidos. Calentar el interior
- Si hay estos síntomas, además: abdomen flácido y frío, encías débiles, dientes flojos, espalda débil, dolorida, lengua pálida y flácida, pulso débil. Es porque hay agotamiento de la energía y el calor vital. Desequilibrio de: bazo-riñón, debilidad del riñón. La terapéutica en la alimentación es equilibrar bazo-riñón, tonificar la energía, consolidar los fluidos, calentar el interior
El exceso de frío en el cuerpo puede traer dificultades en la disfunción metabólica, muscular y linfática, trastornos digestivos, trastornos venosos, control de peso, equilibrio de líquidos, es decir, puede tener tendencia a tendencia a formar bultos blandos y glándulas inflamadas, zona lumbar dolorida, hambre sin saber que comer, apetito excesivo, venas varicosas, curación lenta de heridas, fácil aparición de hematomas, dificultad para perder peso, párpados pegados e hinchados, Retención de agua.

Alimentos que debes consumir
FRUTAS: manzana, fresas, zarzamoras, cerezas, higos secos, mango, melocotón, pera, granada roja, ciruela pasa, uvas pasas
Evitar: aguacate, plátano, coco, higos frescos, toronja, limón, melón, naranja, papaya, piña, ciruela, guanábana, chirimoya
VEGETALES: alcachofa, remolacha, espárragos, brócoli, col de Bruselas, col, zanahoria, coliflor, apio, berenjena, ajo, hongos, cebolla, perejil, chiles, patatas blancas
Evitar: verduras dulces y jugosas, pepinos, calabacitas, nopal
Rábanos, espinacas, germinados, calabaza, lechuga, berros, hojas verdes, champiñón
GRANOS: cebada, maíz, mijo, avena seca, arroz basmati, centeno
Evitar: Avena cocida, Arroz integral, Trigo
CARNES: pavo, huevos (ni fritos, ni revueltos), conejo, gambas (en pequeñas cantidades), venado, pescado de agua dulce
Evitar: res, cerdo, mariscos
LEGUMBRES: todas están bien, excepto: Frijoles, frijol de soja
NUECES: ninguna nuez
Evitar: coco
SEMILLAS: ninguna excepto la de girasol, pepitas de calabaza sin sal
ENDULZANTES: todas excepto miel cruda
Evitar: azúcar blanca
CONDIMENTOS: todas están bien, sal con moderación.
ACEITES: almendras, maíz, girasol. En pequeñas cantidades
